Fanatics Becomes the NFL's Official Sportsbook and Casino Partner — In a Non-Exclusive Deal
Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino have signed a multi-year agreement to become the NFL's official sports betting and online casino partner, the league and the company confirmed this week. The deal gives Fanatics access to NFL media inventory, in-game advertising placements, sponsorship rights, and premium fan experiences that include Super Bowl-related assets.
It's official, but not exclusive
Despite the "official partner" label, the arrangement is explicitly non-exclusive — the NFL retains the right to strike similar deals with other operators. For now, though, Fanatics is the league's only official sportsbook and casino partner, giving it a marketing edge heading into the new season even without a lock on the category.
That's a change from the league's prior approach. Caesars, DraftKings, and FanDuel each held official NFL sportsbook partnerships dating back to 2021, but those agreements expired earlier in 2026 and were not renewed, leaving the door open for a new entrant.
Why Fanatics, and why now
Fanatics isn't new to the NFL relationship — it's already the league's official e-commerce and merchandise partner for 29 of its 32 teams, and it expanded its retail tie-ins around major league events earlier this year. Layering a sportsbook and casino partnership on top of that existing footprint gives the company a more direct line to NFL fans across betting, merchandise, and fan experiences at once.
Fanatics Sportsbook currently operates in 22 states plus Washington, D.C. A formal rollout of the partnership's branding and activations is expected before the start of the regular season. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
What it means for bettors
An official league partnership doesn't change the odds, promotions, or product on any given app — it's a marketing and media-rights arrangement, not an endorsement of value.
